The Mercer Community Band presents the concert, "Lights Action, Music!" on Friday, July 31 at 7:00 pm on the Mercer County Courthouse Square, featuring vocal soloist Tanner Yake and accordian soloist Joe Natoli. The group, "Makin' Changes" will open the evening at 5:30. All are welcome to attend.

Lit Youngstown presents a writing through grief workshop series with writer and teacher Sydney Stalnecker at the News Castle Public Library on Saturdays from 10-11am from June 20-August 8. These sessions will include group poetry readings, peer-led discussion, thought-provoking prompts, and the opportunity for participants to share work. Registration is required. The Butler Institute of American Art presents "Sensory Sundays" on the first Sunday of every month through November. The Butler will open 1 hour prior to typical hours, and will provide options for individuals including fidget toys, as well as a sensory guide and what to expect while visiting. The Eduardo Arce Quartet presents their "Live at The Bunker" Concert Series at The Bunker in Southern Park Mall. These concerts will feature songs by Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, and Herbie Hancock, standards from the Great American Songbook, and original arrangements of jazz classics. Admission is free.
