The Butler Institute of American Art presents an exhibition by Michael Zagaris: 60 Years of NFL Photography from Sunday, November 1 through Sunday, April 25. Spanning more than six decades, the exhibition offers an intimate view of professional football through Zagaris’s extraordinary access to the people, rituals, personalities, and defining moments of the game. Admission is free.

There will be an opening reception on Sunday, November 1 from 1:00-3:00pm.

Please join us for a presentation entitled The Youngstown Chapter of The American Association of University Women present the program, "Breaking Barriers, Building Futures: Financial Aid Strategies for Student Access and Success" on Saturday, November 7 from 11:00am-1:00pm at the United Way Volunteer Resource Center in Boardman. Presented by Melissa McKenney, Director of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships at Youngstown State University, the program will examine the realities behind college pricing, financial aid opportunities, scholarship programs, and support systems available to underserved populations. Attendees will learn how to guide students through affordability conversations and empower families to make informed decisions about higher education. This event is free and open to the public.

Millennial Theater Company presents "Come Far Away" weekends from Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 15 with Friday and Saturday shows at 7:30pm and Sunday matinees at 2:30pm at the Youngstown Playhouse. Come From Away is based on the true story of the time when the isolated community of Gander, Newfoundland, played host to the world. Tickets at youngstownplayhouse.org

The Trumbull New Theatre presents the show The Outsider weekends from Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 22 with Friday and Saturday shows at 7:30 and the Sunday matinees at 3:00. The Outsider is a political satire. Candidate for governor Ned Newley might be the worst candidate to ever run for office… unless that’s exactly what voters are looking for. The Medici Museum of art in Warren presents an exhibition by Dragana Crnjak titled "Forest", running through Monday January 4, 2027. In Forest, Crnjak explores the forest as both subject and metaphorical structure, creating paintings that consider the shifting relationships between time, memory, perception, and the physical world. The museum is open Wednesdays through Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
